Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A Fable World, we take great care in creating and delivering our products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@afableworld.com.

No Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns of any products once they have been shipped or delivered.

  • Customers are requested to review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for orders successfully cancelled before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be provided.

  • We do not provide refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Accidental orders

    • Incorrect product selection by the customer

    • Delay caused by courier partners

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Digital Products

  • All digital products, including downloadable files, printable activities, worksheets, ebooks, and other digital content, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once access has been granted, the purchase is considered final.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@afableworld.com along with clear photographs and order details.

  • Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement of the affected item. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refund Processing for Approved Cancellations

  • If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any applicable refund will be processed within 6–8 business days through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment service providers.
